Style: 1:100 Marketing Model with Interactive Lighting

Materials: Frosted and tinted acrylic glazing; Painted acrylic and timber building elements; 3D printed facade with alloy surface treatment.

There are challenges in the production of most models and this model had plenty. Modelcraft and AJ+C worked side by side to create this hero-style centrepiece for the client’s display space. From designing the internal structure to perfectly meet the external geometry of the facade, to the realisation of the feature facade system, we worked hard to keep an overall sculptural feeling to the model whilst satisfying the clients brief for a cohesive look with the other presentation material. We are particularly pleased with the finished look of the building in its model form and the dappled lighting effect that was created to mimic the renderings.
