a marked up site plan showing the extent of the site and surrounding area to be modeled
scale preference (1:100, 1:200, 1:500 etc)
model purpose and style (DA, Marketing, Presentation, Monochrome, Full Colour, Timber etc)
proposed timing for information issue and proposed timing for completion
