Style: 1:100 Marketing Model with Interactive Lighting

This project marked the commencement of revitalisation in the Darling Square precinct of Sydney located between Haymarket and Darling Harbour. We constructed two large display models showcasing the South-West and South-East plots. Both incorporated full interactive LED lighting to enable individual apartment selection. The ground floor retail and public spaces were also highly activated with furniture, figures, shop fitout and lighting.
This was realistic marketing modelling at its best, resulting in strong apartment sales for the client.
