Marketing models are tremendously effective for presenting your development to prospective purchasers or clients. Modelcraft has produced a substantial range of these models over the years in a variety of styles and scales, the most common of which, are full colour and high detail in 1:100, 1:75 or even 1:50 scale. This doesn’t mean that other styles and scales are less effective and it often comes down to a few key factors to determine which will work best for you. For eg. the development area could be quite sizable and you may not have a great deal of space for the model, or, the design may not be 100% finalised so you feel a smaller scale (1:150 or 1:200) monochromatic or more abstract model may be a more suitable option.
